Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your full name, phone number, and email address. When you post or join a ride, we store the ride details you provide (date, time, cost, notes) and your booking history.

If you contact support, we collect the information you submit in that form (name, email, phone, and your message).

Your name and phone number are shared with the other party in a confirmed booking (Poster ↔ joiner) so you can coordinate the ride directly via call or WhatsApp. This is the core function of the Platform and cannot be disabled while a booking is active.

We use your email to send booking-related communication and to respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We do not collect or store your UPI PIN, card numbers, or banking credentials. Booking fee payments are made directly through your UPI app to the Platform's UPI ID; we only record the transaction reference (UTR) you submit to confirm payment.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider, with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We retain account and booking data for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and dispute resolution.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below. Note that deleting your account may affect rides or bookings you've already coordinated with other users.

We use essential cookies solely to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India.
